Australian Country Choice has been breeding and feeding Wagyu for over a decade, for some of Australia’s most respected Wagyu brands.

We are excited to launch our new brand, LEGACY Wagyu, an entire Wagyu program where genetics, feeding and data are aligned from the very beginning, to select only the very best, remove variability, and drive consistency.
